But I also say that more is more and, as a result, the details often get lost in the layers. For Stamped, my newest collection, I stripped back the layers to make the details the star of the show. Each of the nine designs highlight individual elements, be they words, lines, shapes, or patterns. Eight of the designs are in shades of taupe on an ivory background. And who doesn’t like a surprise — the ninth design will bring a carnival of color to your makes. Fazely for Free Spirit • All fabric needed to complete the quilt top and binding • Fabrics from the Stamped collection designed by Seth Apter for Free Spirit paired with three fabrics from Eclectic Elements and Abandoned collections by Tim Holtz • About 7-3/4 yards of fabric total • Fabrics are packaged in the same order as listed in the pattern for easy organization.
