The Universal R110 Portable Resistive Load Bank is ideal for testing and maintaining generators and UPS Systems up to 110kW. FEATURES Load Capacity: 110kW at 240 & 480 VAC 3PH 60Hz. Derates to 82kW at 208VAC 3PH, 73kW at 240V 1PH. Full Load Amps at 100kW: 264 Amps at 240 VAC and 132 Amps at 480 VAC. Duty Cycle: Rated for continuous operation. Load Step Resolution: 5kW at 240/480V. Controls: Handheld digital touchscreen. Instrumentation: Digital metering (V, A, kW) and data logging. Control/Cooling Power: Requires 120V single-phase 60Hz external power source. Cooling System: Quiet high-speed cooling fans. Load Elements: Resistor elements are high-temperature nichrome/mica type exclusively manufactured by Universal Load Banks and supported by stainless steel rods. Safety Features: Over-temperature, over/under voltage, cooling-air loss and 3 phase imbalance protection, and internal fuses for load element groups. Load Connections: Quick disconnect cam-type male connectors on the front of the load bank (1 per Phase, 1 Ground). Daisy Chained: Multiple load banks can be hooked together for higher load capacity. Enclosure: Aluminum and steel indoor enclosure with lifting handles and caster wheels.
