Our Yellow battens are manufactured to meet BS5534 standards and are low-pressure treated for Use Class 2, ensuring durability and performance. Each batten is treated with a distinctive yellow dye, making them instantly recognisable and easy to distinguish from standard ‘Type A’ or traditional green battens. While originally designed for roofing, these battens are also ideal for use in slatted fencing, thanks to their straight, uniform profile. They’re easy to paint or stain, giving you flexibility to match your chosen style or finish.
