Description August picking. the medium sized fruits are dark purple and oval. The flesh is yellow/green, very juicy with a good acid flavour. A reliable popular cooking plum that is prolific and hardy, bearing a heavy crop. Good frost resistance. The trees are moderately vigorous, upright and self fertile, for no pollinators are needed.
