IMPORTANT: A rifle purchased from RISE Armament must be shipped to a licensed FFL holder. It is the customer’s responsibility to know state/local laws regarding complete firearms, lower receivers and magazines prior to purchase. If your rifle is to be shipped to DE, CA, CT, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, or WA, please contact us prior to purchasing. Once a rifle is purchased, the customer must notify their preferred FFL holder and RISE Armament must receive a copy of the FFL before the rifle can be shipped. (NOTE: To expedite the process, you may obtain a copy of the FFL from your FFL holder of choice before purchasing the rifle.) Once obtained, email a copy of the FFL to our customer service team at [email protected]. The FFL holder will contact you when they receive the rifle and are ready to transfer it to your possession.
